Return Policy

Standard in-store policy:

  • Defective items will be handled in accordance with manufacturer’s warranty policies, standard return policies may not apply.
        • In some cases refund or exchange may not be approved until decision from manufacturer
  • Non defective returns must be in new, re-salable condition with all packaging and labels intact. Returns will not be accepted for used items or items not in original condition.
  • Within 30 days, with receipt
        • Store credit in form of gift card, exchange for merchandise or refund of purchase price
        • Returns made with a gift receipt will only be eligible for store credit or exchange for merchandise.  Refunds will not be issued.
  • Within 30 days, no receipt
        • Exchange for merchandise or store credit in form of gift card if purchase can be verified.
        • If proof of purchase price can not be obtained, return will be at manager’s discretion.
  • Outside of 30 days, with or without receipt
        • No returns or exchanges
  • Special conditions
        • Red ticketed or otherwise noted clearance items are final sale and not eligible for refund or exchange
        • Please try on footwear in a clean environment to ensure fit.  Footwear that shows any wear or is dirty will not be accepted for return unless deemed defective.
        • All returns are at manager’s discretion.
        • No returns on firearms and ammunition.
        • No refunds on any service charge including delivery fees and other charges.
        • Certain items may not be eligible for return or exchange.  See store for details.

On-line return policy:

  • No returns or exchanges after 30 days of purchase.
  • We do not accept returns on defective items purchased online, unless picked up in store.  Defective issues must be handled by manufacturer as per any warranty.
  • Buyer is responsible for shipping costs on all returned items.
  • Credit will be issued to the card used for online purchase once item is received and inspected.  Buyer will be contacted prior to credit being issued.
        • Items may be exchanged for equal or greater value.  Contact us for details.
  • Used, damaged, dirty, or otherwise unsaleable merchandise will not be approved for refund and will be returned to buyer.
